Support & Tips

 

We provide support to all our users,  following an initial full training session we are happy to provide manuals & training videos. However we don’t stop there, once you’re up and running our support team are just a phone call away when you need assistance using 360.

Installing ‘360 Lifecycle’

If you have login details for 360 Lifecycle you can log in to multiple machines with your account so long as the system is installed. To install 360 Lifecycle into your computer please click the following links: 360 Office installer and 360 Advisor installer

Nb; Prior to Installation, as with many live applications it may be necessary to check that the updates on the machine in question are up to date to ensure that the application works correctly.
