How much does 360 Lifecycle cost?
The cost including advisers and administrators is £70.00 per month per individual user. If you have many users, please contact us to discuss an official quote.

How can 360 Lifecycle benefit my business?

Who can use it?
The system is available for financial intermediary firms of any size. It can also be used by support/admin staff, principle, sales managers, call centres and introducers.

What support do you offer?
We offer initial training, manuals and videos alongside ongoing Technical support. Our Support team are just a call or email away and are available Monday to Friday from 9am until 5.30pm.

What training do you offer?
We offer full training for new users as well as bite size training sessions on new features we add to the system.

What system requirements do I need to run 360 Lifecycle?
We support all versions x86 and x64 versions of the following operating systems:

Windows Server 2003 SP2
Windows Vista SP1 or later
Windows Server 2008 (not supported on Server Core Role)
Windows 7
Windows Server 2008 R2 (not supported on Server Core Role)

How easy is it to transfer my data into 360 Lifecycle?
This will depend on how your current data is stored. In the first instance we will set up an online meeting to work out the best way of doing this and provide you with timescales.

Can I import leads into the system?
Yes.

Will the TCF Questionnaire be branded?
Yes.

Is the Diary facility integrated to Microsoft Outlook?
Yes. It is also linked to smartphones.

If I use the referral tool, does that mean I relinquish control of the client?
Not at all. You can see all information regarding the sale process and remain in control.

How do I install the system
With just one click. We will email you the links and passwords.

How is client data stored?
All data is stored in a secure cloud-based system, meaning that you have access to client details from your office or on the move. It also means that large file stored on the system do not impair the performance of your own PCs.

Is the System available on my Smartphone?
You can now access 360 Advisor with our Web App. This works through your internet browser on smart phones and tablets and is free for those on the full PMS or 360 Lifecycle license giving you instant access to your diary, hotbox, client bank and a selection of reports whilst on the go.
