Covers the core elements of the 360 Advisor system such as: 360 Diary management & integration, managing your Hotbox & sale opportunities and basic case management & communication tools i.e. ‘Send Letter’, ‘Send Text’, ‘Send Email’.

Automatic Reviews Webinar
Covers how automatic system generated reviews are created e.g. Mortgage, Life & Annual Reviews. How you can create your own ‘Servicing Arrangement’ and allocate this to your case records and see the impact this has on the client/case.

Workflow and Sales Management Webinar
This webinar will show you how to use 360 Lifecycle’s Office Admin Pipeline to merge and delete cases and allow you to manage the overall sale event for example, by manually adding cases/sales, notes, documents & commission expectations.
