Our journey
360 Lifecycle began with a mission to revolutionise the way advisers helped their clients buy their homes and plan their financial future, this has since led us to become a leading provider of innovative financial solutions.
360 Lifecycle was built to focus on the consumer to not only manage day-to-day business operations but to proactively nurture customer relationships. While numerous systems focused on the administrative aspects of the business, which suited back-office needs, none truly emphasised the advisor and their relationships with customers.
360 Lifecycle was constructed with a primary focus on the customer, with all software components designed to align with this principle. This contrasts with other systems that were built the other way around, often relegating the customer and advisor aspects to an afterthought.
Lifetime Group's decision to task 360 Lifecycle with developing the solution proved to be prudent, as it quickly became evident that many other businesses were grappling with the same challenge.
